LocalMentor.com Platinum Mentoring has been evolving to meet
the needs of our clients. It started out as a small group around a dining room
table and because of the overwhelming response it has grown to a classroom
setting with detailed agenda . The groups are still intimate being that Mike
wants individual involvement and everyone to get more than they ever expected.
We had been giving a jammed packed 6 months intensive training, but that is now
being tamed down a bit to allow folks breathing room and lasts one full year;
this included classroom training, telesiminars, message board communications
as well as one on one phone calls, emails and meetings. We have a 93% success
rate of people getting at the very least one deal completed by the time they
completed their training. Because our clients take their training seriously,
they wanted more deal evaluations for their particular situation, so Mike has
changed the format to a 12 month mentorship to get people through more deals
and more comfortable with the changing market and get their business more
systematized as opposed to the first deal done and then you are on your own
again. Clients enjoy the support Mike gives them and now they will get the
benefit of not only doing more deals with a pro watching over them but gain
more confidence to instill success.
