Monthly Mentoring Meetings
Our monthly mentoring meetings are designed for anyone on a
shoestring budget to get some specific “tools” to get started investing and
continue learning along the way. Membership is only $29 a month. Members range
from beginners looking for techniques to get their first deal done, to seasoned
pros I’ve trained to transaction engineers, who come to keep up on the latest
information and stay motivated.
Meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Thursday of

Platinum Mentoring Program

My Platinum Mentoring Program is designed for the investor
who wishes to get going as fast as possible and get one on one guidance as well
as extensive in class training on how to take advantage of current market
opportunities and create a lasting business plan of doing deals without using
their own cash or credit or relying on ever changing financing options to
continue doing deals in any market.
This is a very accelerated program, only available to a
